Refund and Return Policy for Evopulsepc

If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Return Policy allows you to return or exchange your product within a specified period. 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. It must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and manuals that came with it.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or personalized watches, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Return Authorization:
Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must include this number on the return package to ensure proper processing. -
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the product and keeping a receipt as proof of shipment.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Restocking Fees: For some items, a restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund. This will be clearly stated at the time of return.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) with the following information:

- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will assist you in arranging a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective product. Shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, you can follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, we will ship the replacement product to you. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will issue a refund for the difference.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.
