We offer various shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping method you select during checkout and the delivery destination. Shipping rates are clearly displayed before you complete your order.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
- International Shipping: Available to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and selected shipping method.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Please note that processing time may be longer during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events). Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee that your order has been shipped.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package’s progress.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Shipping to U.S. Addresses: We offer domestic shipping within the United States. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
- Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen factors such as weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances may affect the delivery schedule. Evopulsepc is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
4. International Shipping
- Shipping to International Locations: We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times can vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
- Delivery Times for International Orders: Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Restricted Countries: Due to legal restrictions or shipping limitations, we may not be able to ship to certain countries. If your shipping address is in a restricted country, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution or refund.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders. However, domestic orders to P.O. Boxes within the United States are accepted.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.
7. Shipping Issues
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@evopulsepc.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. Evopulsepc is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an error is made, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
8. Shipping Insurance
For added peace of mind, you may opt for shipping insurance during checkout. This service will cover lost or damaged items during transit. If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, Evopulsepc is not liable for lost or damaged goods during shipping.
